Sometimes. The easiest way to show us your books is to send us pictures of the spines. Take a clear picture of the spines on the bookshelf or stacked on a table. Email the photographs to duckriverbooks@gmail.com and we will let you know if there are any titles we would like to see in-person. We do not give quotes via email. We must see the full condition of the book before making an offer.

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis.  Some items may not be returnable, and we reserve the right to deny any return for any reason.

All items to be returned must have been purchased from Duck River Books.

All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase and must have an original receipt, or gift receipt.

Returns with a gift receipt may only be exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value.  Returns with a gift receipt may not receive a cash refund.

All returns must be in the original condition in which they were purchased.  Shrink wrapped or packaged items must remain unopened unless the item is defective.  Books that have been read or partially read are non-returnable.

Books that happen to be required reading for public, private, or home school are non-returnable.

Comic books are non-returnable.

New books with faulty bindings or misprints may be exchanged outside of the 14-day window.  Contact us for more information.

Online orders that arrived damaged may be exchanged.  Contact us within 14 days of the date the tracking number indicates the item was delivered and we will give you information on how to return the item.
